Here's one for your crush, Bill.

Even in her earlier years, prior to her move to Bethalto around 1965-66, this cutie was stopping hearts. Little did she know that when she entrusted this photo to a friend back then, that it would end up as reunion blog material many years later. Sorry, girlfriend. But in an effort to increase blog participation, all stops are out! If you'd have given me your naked baby photo, I would probably put it out here. I'll have to keep looking through my albums to see what else I can find.

Has Donna seen this yet? No wonder Bill had a crush. I also remember when she moved to Bethalto. Her mom is not in the room mother photo.
I doubt if Donna has seen this pic on the blog yet, or if she will remember sharing it with me a zillion years ago. I don't know what age she is in the pic, but obviously she is younger than a sixth grader. Are you out there, Donna?
Gwen - Please don't post any pictures younger than Donna's. A plan is in the works...we gotta talk!
Oh be still my beating heart. Now I remember why I had such a big crush. Wasn't she just darling!
(Not that she isn't still!) What a great picture, but yes I do remember her just a bit older than that.
I put a request out to my mom to see if she could identify the other Moms in the other picture.
And Gwen, I wouldn't cross Linda and her control of the pictures posted. You had better mind her, or we can not be responsible for the actions that ensue, if you fail to follow Linda's direction. I know I do exactly as she tells me! I know the power she has a patroness of the Blog.
Yes I am out here, silently enjoying all the information and entertainment from my "old" friends, but now you've drawn me out! So here I am. Yes I was cute like puppies are cute then turn into old dogs....that was in kindergarten when I lived in Centralia.
PS You guys still make me laugh, maybe more now than when we were in highschool...Hi everybody, great work on getting us back together....
Hey Donna,
You were a cutie! Are you blushing yet? Don't worry, everyone is fair game in this blog. I love all the old pics. I think I may have some in a box somewhere way, way, in the depths of a back closet. If I come across it while dragging out Christmas decorations I will have to scan a few so they can be posted. I am sure I remember a few from Miss Thompson's 6th grade class. Now I can't wait to find them. Darn you girlies! Yes, I talking to Gwennie and Linda. Ha! At least I won't be in any of my photos 'cause I'm the one who took them. hehehe OK, now I am curious about what Linda has up her sleeve. A guessing game of first grade photos or baby pics? Do I win a coveted prize if I guess the game?
Anywho...it's good to see you posting on here Donna.
Nay, nay, Breathless in the Bay Bill. Don't you go trying to sully my reputation as an easy-going sweetheart.
I'm really not the witch that your comment makes me out to be. I was just a little excited and in a hurry to connect with Gwennie.
Note to all: I am not in control of anything. This is a group effort with tons of shared ideas - ISN'T IT guys? (She says threateningly.)
However, I am pleased to hear that Bill will obey me. That may come in handy one of these days.
I obey out of respect for the fine job you are doing, not out of fear.
Bill - Glad to see those mind-control vibes I've been sending your way are finally starting to work. Thanks for the vote of confidence either way.
And, Donna - you definitely are a little cutie!
On the good ship lollypop,
It's a sweet trip to the candy shop...
I can hear it now.
Really. Why would I have this picture? Beats the heck out of me; wish I could remember the circumstances that landed it in my photo album, but, sadly, I don't. I barely remember what day it is. Glad that I hung onto the picture, though, because it was fun seeing your cute little face on the blog and hearing from you again...not to mention giving Bill a rush.
I appreciate all the rushes I can get at this age. I am glad you had the picture too. Definitely took me way back
