Left Wing or Right Wing Lilier?
All the recent discussion about left wing & right wing political sentiments makes us wonder about this classmate's personal views about having his wings wrapped around these tiger lilys back in 1968.
Was this the beginning of some kind of ecological research to support his later political views...or maybe the early groundwork for deriving beverage bottling ingredients that now serves him in his present occupation?

I don't know about his wings, but keeping true to his roots,I think tiger lily is a key ingredient in the revamped diet mountain dew.

Heck with the knees, what about the stylish shorts those would make anybodies knees stand out....That is about as close to a tree hugger as I came, well, ok, maybe the door to door campaigning I did for McGovern in 1972 could have been a little tree huggish. His defeat is what made me start thinking that maybe the left was the wrong side of the aisle to be on! If he would have won, who knows, Steve and I might both be working together trying to get Hillary elected in 2008.
I could almost go along with OBAMA
