What a shock. Patty and I have kept in touch off and on over the past year or so. It goes to show us all how precious life is. I will miss not hearing from Patty.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

I have several pictures of Patty and she looks so happy in all of them. That's what I'll remember.
But there will definitely be a void in blog land. Patty made her mark here.

Patty told me several times the night of the reunion how happy she was to be there with us all and her new husband, Roy. It makes it doubly worth it that we had a reunion this year and were able to spend time with her.

I know Patti was very happy with Roy, We all just call him Gibby, from his Madison County Sheriff days. I cant believe that happened so fast. Our internet was down at home and I was off for two days so I didnt hear what happened after she went to the hospital Tuesday. I know Gibby is heartbroken.
