In Memory of Ken Burnett
Ken created this blog so we could all connect before and after our 35th high school reunion. I, for one, will be forever indebted to Ken for his efforts in making our reunion such a success in spite of the fact that he was too ill to attend. He will be sadly missed.
Visitation will be Monday, 4:00P to 8:00P at Kallal Funeral Home in Bethalto. Funeral services are Tuesday 10:00A at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Bethalto.

Right on. Without him, this wouldn't be. Long live Ken's memory and good work.
My heart goes out to his family as Ken was a precious talented guy. I'm soooo glad I emailed him after the reunion to let him know he was missed, as I too remember his effort to get us "connected" thru the website. I'll remember him as one who "cared", showing personal interest and attention to anything I addressed with him. I know he's resting in a very happy peaceful place.
What sad news. Ken got this site going. I remember him having a big heart. My thoughts are with his family.
My thoughts and prayers are with Ken's family.
Number 6:24-26
24"The LORD bless you and keep you;
25 the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26 the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace."
May god be with all of Kens family at this time. he will be missed by many.
My condolences to Mary and family. Very sad news. Ken's hard work and determination helped to connect and/or reconnect a lot of classmates.
I am sad to read of Ken's passing. I will always remember the last time I saw him and his wife was at the Bethalto Homecoming in 2006 at the Queen of Peace stand. Many nights we talked at the police station while he was a dispatcher. I too am grateful for Ken's work in getting us all together through the internet. Goodbye Kenny.
Hey Larry,
Please email me - the last email I sent you was returned to me.
Thanks.
We all owe him for his work. Rest in peace. The world is a better place because he was here.
