The farmer was puzzled about the disappearance of some sheep on his farm. After a few weeks, the farmer decided to put up an electric fence.
About a week later, this 
is what he found!
Now, I know we've all heard of people being eaten by snakes and I bet most of us have said, "If a snake tried to eat me, I'd blah, blah, blah and get away."
Well, this is a Python and they're extremely aggressive and have a few teeth that they use to hold their prey while they wrap around them and then constrict.
Could you get away if this one bit you and held on with it's "FEW TEETH?"
(Note: The wires are 10 inches apart.)
The farmer later killed the snake with a shot gun.

This did happen, IN SOUTH AFRICA! A far cry from Bethalto that's for darned sure.

I have to apologize to everyone for even thinking about posting this article.
Since I received it from someone I knew and it mentioned the name of someone I knew, I made the mistake of accepting this as a fact WITHOUT the benefit of snopes.com. Worse yet, I posted the darn thing without verification.
It won't happen again.

Who is Michelle and Jim? And is there are reason they are so evil? Michelle and Jim, its all in the delivery and you sound like a couple arrogant know-it-alls for cying out loud. Everyone does this once in awhile, get off her ass.

Deb - Jim is my son and Michelle is his wife. Jim has always been blunt in his comments both in person and in print. I love him unconditionally even though I don't always agree with him just like I don't always agree with anyone else who posts here.
I agree that his comments were harsh and thank you for defending my "posting" error. On the other hand, I also believe that your comments could have been tempered with care - at least until you knew who you were talking about.
In both instances, I believe the proper forum for handling these particular comments would have been in a personal email to me.
Now, does anyone have anything else we can post so we can move on?
P.S. Thanks to Johnny K. (also a non-classmate)who first alerted me to the fact that this posting was a hoax and who DID email me personally.
Linda, I seldom filter anything, I call it like I see it and I doubt that will change but thanks for the advice, I will file it away in the appropriate dept. I honestly thought this site was for CMHS graduates and classmates....MY BAD
Linda, please don't get in too much of a twist about this. You know we take care of our own and you're one of "our own". You're family, the CLASS OF '72.
Maybe our comments would have been better said in email or not at all, I'll give ya that. But, yes, BUT, here it comes.
Jim's comments could have been emailed, too. If Jim has the stones to chastize you in print, then he should have the stones to take his lumps in print as well.
HMMM, you know, he and I and Debbie would probably get along very well. Just wonder who would get the last word.LOL
