A Message From Rich Hendrix -
Do All You Can Do and Do Some More
We see the COP shows and all that crap on TV, but it's TV. Now, I know what it is really like.I walked into my daughter's townhouse on Thursday night and it wasn't TV. She was lifeless and cold lying on her bed. She was an Alcoholic. As is usually the case, she hid it very well and I didn't know about her disease until about a year ago. She has been taking meds for depression and was also taking scripts for sleep aids. My baby girl is gone....TOUGH LOVE, BABYSITTING, 1 ROUND THRU TREATMENTS....nothing seemed to keep her off the vodka for very long. My baby girl is gone.
The Med. Examiner is listing it as suicide, but they won't have the tox back for several weeks. Still there is one question in my mind that will never be answered. Did she commit suicide or was she just too drunk to know what she was doing. My heart tells me she couldn't take her own life and will cling to that.
So when you think you've done all you can do, do some more!
